Yes. Annual plans are billed at 10× the monthly price (saving roughly 17%) — Featured is $290/year and Pro is $790/year. Annual is recommended once you're seeing consistent inquiry flow.
Every inquiry — Free or paid — sends an email to your account immediately. You also see them in your dashboard inbox where you can reply directly or send a structured quote. Inquiry capacity is unlimited on every tier.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel a paid tier, your listing automatically reverts to Free with no loss of inquiries, reviews, or claimed status.
No. We never take a percentage of bookings or revenue. The flat monthly subscription is the only thing paid vendors pay, regardless of how many weddings come from the platform.
No. Free claimed listings appear in search and category results normally. Featured tier moves you to the top of those results — but Free vendors stay visible and continue to receive inquiries.
